Эта политика объясняет, какие персональные данные собирает сервис CV-Sender (https://cv-sender.com), зачем, кому они передаются, сколько хранятся и какие у вас есть права. Мы соблюдаем Закон Украины «О защите персональных данных» № 2297-VI, а для пользователей из ЕС и Великобритании — также Общий регламент ЕС по защите данных (GDPR) и UK GDPR. 1. Who processes your data
Data controller: FOP Pavlenko Dmytro Sergiiovych (RNOTPR 3335908633, Ukraine). Questions about data: info@cv-sender.com.
2. What data we collect
- Order data: first name and last name, e-mail, phone, position, preferred vessel type, subject and text of cover letter, companies that should not receive your resume, mailing dates.
- Resume and documents: resume file and documents you attach (seafarer's passport, diplomas, certificates, medical records, etc.).
- Resume composition questionnaire (if you order a resume): date of birth, location, messengers, LinkedIn, English level, educational institution, experience on vessels and engines, desired salary, physical parameters (for Standard resume), nearest relative and their phone.
- Payment: payment method, amount, currency, payment number. Bank card data is entered on the payment service page (Stripe, monobank) — we do not receive or store it.
- Personal account: login (e-mail), password in encrypted form, messages between you and us, Telegram chat (if you enabled notifications).
- Technical data: IP address, order date and time, security logs.

You give consent by ticking the box when placing an order. You can withdraw it anytime by writing to info@cv-sender.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of processing before it; mailing already sent to companies cannot be recalled.
4. Who receives your data
- Crewing companies and ship owners from your selected database receive your letter, CV and contacts — that is the service. Once received, the company becomes an independent operator of your data and is responsible for its protection. Companies on the 'do not send to' list do not receive your CV.
- Contractors (data processors): Railway (hosting and database, USA), mail servers (letter sending), Stripe and monobank (payment processing), Anthropic (CV recognition — only if you use 'Upload CV' button; data is not used for model training), Telegram (notifications — only if you enabled them), Google Fonts (website fonts).
- Government authorities — only as required by law.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
5. Transfer outside Ukraine
Contractor servers may be located in the USA and EU countries, and recipient companies — in any country in the world (that is the nature of the mailing you order). Data is transferred to contractors under contracts with them (including EU standard contractual terms — SCC), and to recipient companies — based on your explicit consent and to perform the contract (Art. 29 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection', Art. 49 GDPR).
6. How long we keep your data
- Order data, CV and documents — as long as needed to complete the order and provide support, but no longer than 24 months after your last order. We will delete earlier if you request.
- Temporary mailboxes from which your mailing was sent are deleted automatically after a few hours of completion.
- Payment data — as required by law (usually up to 6 years).
- Technical logs — up to 90 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right to know what data we process and who it goes to; receive a copy; correct; delete; restrict processing; object to processing; receive data in machine-readable form; withdraw consent (Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection', Art. 15–22 GDPR). Write to info@cv-sender.com from the email listed in your order — we will reply within 30 days. Details on the GDPR.
If you believe your rights are violated, you can contact the Ombudsman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or court; users from the EU — also contact the data protection authority of your country.
8. Security
The site works only via HTTPS, passwords are encrypted, links to your account and files are signed and unguessable, only service employees have access to CRM.
9. Age
The service is for persons over 18 years old.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of last update is below; we will notify you on the site or by email of any significant changes.
