Payment & Refund
How to pay for your order and how to get a refund if the service has not yet been provided.
1. Payment methods
- Card in EUR / USD / UAH — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay on a secure payment service page (Stripe, monobank). We do not see or store your card data.
- Transfer to UAH card — by card number on the payment page, without payment purpose.
- Transfer in UAH by FOP details — with payment purpose strictly as shown on the payment page: «За надання інформаційних послуг згідно договору № (order number) від (name and surname)».
- Transfer EUR to Revolut — via link on the payment page, without payment purpose.
- USDT — network only TRX (TRC20) to the wallet specified on the payment page. Transfers to a different network may result in loss of funds.
After the transfer, click "I have paid" on the order page — we will check receipt and confirm payment, usually within a couple of hours. Card payments are confirmed automatically.
2. Refunds
- You may cancel the order and receive a full refund, provided the service has not started: the mailing has not yet launched, work on your CV has not begun.
- If the mailing is in progress, a refund is issued for the undelivered portion; if the mailing is complete — the service has been rendered and no refund applies (Art. 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection"; for EU consumers — Art. 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as the service begins at your request on your chosen date).
- CV or Cover Letter writing: before work starts — full refund; after delivery of the completed file — free revisions per your feedback instead of a refund.
- If the mailing was not completed due to our fault — full refund or re-mailing at your choice.
To request a refund, write to info@cv-sender.com with your order number. Funds are returned using the same method as payment, within 14 days. Bank and exchange commissions (for USDT) may be retained by payment systems.
3. Results
The service does not guarantee employment or company responses — this is not grounds for a refund of services rendered.
